VR6002SYNC / BEAULIEU [Video recorder - 2000]

supplies the following faults for VR6002SYNC / BEAULIEU.
List of fault symptoms:
- Actuator contact interference.
- In play the appliance lacces the tape in then stops. In fast forward the appliance starts up then stops (version F).
- No display and no command function after loading the cassette. (BEAULIEU - VR6002SYNC information)
- Partial operating fault (F chassis). Motor runs in standby.
- The appliance laces up and unlaces immediately. The videohead does not start up.
- Laces up and switches off after a few seconds.
- No picture during own recording PB is ok.
- No power supply in version F.
- Appliance stops in playback.
- Stripes on picture, occasionally is not synchronized.
- EE picture visible in PB via both RF and scart. EE sound in PB (ok via scart). REC in standby. RF sound from wrong TV channel. No sound via scart. Distorted picture in PB without aerial.
- No sound during EE.
- During playback there is black distortion across the whole picture.
- No picture during playback, the appliance is in the record function during playback.
- Flickering in the picture.
- No capstan rotation.
- No tape end switch off.
- No picture via VCR or tuner.
- Appliance switches off immediately.
- The appliance does not always function.

- The cassette compartment opens then closes.
- Modulator pos. 110 moves backwards and forwards due to the continuous plugging in of the TV-aerial plug. A print breakage follows.
- No functions.
- At start up appliance begins to initialise then stops (time goes out).
- Increase in reliability of reel motor.
- Battery discharged in approx. 12 days.
- Sudden stop of picture in PB.
- No picture during playback, freeze frame and reverse are ok.
- Modulator is loose after repeatedly inserting TV aerial plug.
- No colour in PB.
- Only a whistling sound can be heard.
- Capstan and reel-motor do not start up. Playback, REW and FF do not work. T7406 is fine.
- The counter display does not work, "0" is shown continuously.

- Hum on EE picture.
- Audio head interference during playback.
- No FF and REW, after operating PB the tape curls up.
- No sound in REC and crackling. PB ok, picture ok in REC.
- FF, REW and PB functions are defective. Switches off immediately.
- At start up the appliance switches off (clock also). In version F, the same occurs in stand-by.
- REV does not operate.
- No function, the display is dark.
