2876NTX / BUSH [TV]

  • Shuts down.
  • Reduced vertical deflection.
  • No colour.
  • Noise and whistle from the SOPS trafo.
  • No functions. after lightning strike.
  • Switches to standby (after start-up).
  • No function, red LED is on, sometimes only faint noise from PSU.
  • Sawtooth pattern when cold. Best visible in 4:3 mode. OK after a few minutes.
  • White line in the bottom half of the picture.
  • Mains switch does not lock.
  • Power supply hiccups.
  • Excessive brightness. Flyback lines. Audio OK .
  • Excessive horizontal size. after a few hours.
  • Lines across screen then set displays a bright white raster and turned itself OFF. When switching ON again it just trips.
  • Focus cannot be set well. It takes a long time before picture appears. (BUSH - 2876NTX information)
  • No audio. via SCART.
  • Reduced horizontal size. No E/W correction.
  • No colour and ragged verticals.
  • Disable child lock.
  • No E/W correction.

  • Enter service mode.
  • All channels up to CH51 are tuned, otherwise no function.
  • Squealing from PSU.
  • Smearing in picture.
  • Low voltages.
  • E/W fault.
  • Interference in picture.

  • Tripping.
  • Starts up twice then dead.
  • Blows fuse.
  • Attempts to start up twice and switches off.
  • Reduced vertical and horizontal size.
  • Stuck in standby. Green LED fades out when switched on.
  • Switches off by itself.
  • No channel storing. only on certain channels.
  • Noise in picture.
  • Starts up three times then switches off.
  • FBT flashover.
  • No line drive.

  • Excessive horizontal size. No E/W correction.

  • Flickering picture. intermittently.
  • No audio. after a few minutes.
  • PSU chirps every second after switch on, LED blinks. No other function.
  • No picture , only lines, via AV socket.

  • At switch on LEDs flash. Set dead when current is switched on. Stays in standby mode.
  • Changing sound to UK standard (6MHz).
  • RV38 value.
  • Reduced vertical size.
  • No start-up after switched off from RC. Noise from PSU in standby.
  • Bright raster. Retrace lines.
  • No picture. Audio OK .
  • Dead with a slight squealing sound, which gets louder.
  • Installation menu.
  • Comes on for a short time. Burning smell.

  • Enable child lock.

  • No horizontal deflection.

  • Dead.
  • No start-up.

  • Poor synchronisation.
  • Image white and with flyback lines and then horizontal pulsating. (2876NTX tips)
  • No start-up. LED is red .
  • Stuck in standby.
  • Motorboating noise in audio.
  • Line output transistor fails repeatedly.
  • No picture. after a few minutes. Audio OK .
  • Stuck in standby. when cold.
  • Dead. LED is red .
  • Horizontal line.
  • Bright white raster with flyback lines after start up, then goes to standby.
  • Fuse FP01 has blown
  • Switches to protection mode (after start-up).
  • Blue display.
  • Protection mode activated. LED blinks .

  • Protective circuit starts up, if appliance is switched on again when warm. Red LED blinks.
  • Cannot be switched on from standby. Switches by itself to standby or sound mutes.
  • Resistors RD06 and RD17 burnt.
  • First no colours/interference, then no function.
  • No picture. after a while.
  • No function. Standby LED does not light up. Power supply squeaks once a second.
  • Cycles on/off.
  • Line tearing.
  • No picture. via SCART.
  • Trips.
  • Switches to protection mode. (2876NTX tip from BUSH)
  • Switches off by itself. after start-up.
  • Squealing about once a second.
  • Beep after start-up.
  • No switch on. Ticking from loudspeaker.

  • No picture. No audio.
