MG510 / FIRSTLINE [Video recorder]

The EURAS repair tip database for professional technicians and service engineers supplies the following faults for MG510 / FIRSTLINE.

List of fault symptoms:
  • No scart output in PB and EE mode.
  • Scrolling noise band, picture jumps and quick sound.
  • Poor PB of recorded tapes. No sound REC and poor picture REC. (service info for FIRSTLINE -MG510)
  • Intermittently positioning motor blocks after REW or when changing function.
  • Does not decode Canal Plus. Switches to VTR. No sound via SCART.
  • Accepts the cassette and rejects it.
  • Picture jumps when cassette is not recorded on this VCR.
