211658 KVC2911 / HANSEATIC [TV]

List of fault symptoms:
  • Shuts down. after a few seconds. No LED lit.
  • When warm no sound or video. VC still 31V on the tuner, RCU does not work. When cold ok again. IC001, 002, 003, 501 have been changed.

  • Black picture, OSD OK, works fine after a while. No fault when cold.
  • New type of stand-off resistor.
  • Loss of power supply.

  • Trips a few times, then no function.

  • Good power supply 135V, 14V and 7V. No sound, no picture, IC001 has been changed. Pin 16 3V instead of 0V Q606 and Q605 0.6 on the base.

  • No audio. intermittently.

  • Snowy effect on all programmes.

  • Power supply trips approx 3 times, then goes dead.
  • OSD is green. Streaking in picture.
  • Distorted picture. Top is stretched, foldover at bottom.
  • Functions correctly for 10-15 mins, then at channel change screen becomes black and sound is absent. OK via scart.

  • No HV.
  • No function. Pulsates and standby LED lights up approx. 3 times, then no function.
  • M58655P blows at switch on. 5V ok, -33V slight pollution on pin 2, ok on other side of R062. CLOCK and DATA ok.
  • Ocassionally no signal on screen. No thermal tube noise, no sound. Channel indication ok. In UHF search correct channel obtained but it disappears again after it has been stored.

  • Station adjustment de-tunes intermittently, especially on program site 1.
