MTL3 / MEISTER [TV]

supplies the following faults for MTL3 / MEISTER.
List of fault symptoms:
- White lines.

- Dark picture.
- Reduced horizontal size. No E/W correction.
- Poor picture.

- Vertical collapse.
- Dead. Standby LED does not light.

- Slow start-up.
- No 15V, 8V and 5V voltages.
- Brightness varies. intermittently.
- No picture, only snow.
- No picture or sound via AV1. AV2 and AV3 ok.
- Squealing from PSU (intermittently).
- Brightness varies.
- No AV.
- Stuck in standby. Tripping noise at first switch-on.
- Volume decreases to min.
- Poor picture, exaggerated contrast and colours, brightness varies.
- Changes picture size when increasing audio volume.
- Cycles on/off. Knock sensitive.
- PSU pulsates. Standby LED flashes .
- No audio.
- Popping noise when switched off.
- Snow in picture.
- Noise on some channels.

- No start-up from standby.
- Picture rolls.

- Geometry adjustments.

- Switches to protection mode. after start-up.
- Horizontal collapse. intermittently.
- No picture. Red, green or blue raster.
- Top quarter of screen is lit. Rest of screen is black.
- Some channels missing.
- Poor focus.
- C619 burned.
- Black dots on the screen.
- Vertical lines.
- Fuse (2.5A) is intermittently defective.

- Low tuner gain but can be tuned in.
- Poor picture. after start-up.
- Spots on the screen during shut off.
- PSU does not start up correctly.

- Switches off by itself.
- Stretched picture. intermittently.

- No vertical deflection. Only a horizontal line at top.
- PSU lamp test.
- Horizontal line.
- No picture.
- No start-up from standby. LED is red when switching.
- Flyback lines. after warm-up.
- Dead.
- Black screen. after a few seconds.
- Upper part of picture is fuzzy and messed up, after was powered off for a few hours.
- Stripes in upper picture.
- PSU pulsates.
- Switches to standby at start-up. LED flashes 2 times.
- Blurry picture.
- Horizontal line. Black screen. on lower half screen.
- No picture (intermittently). Audio OK .
- C530 fails repeatedly.
- R528, R530 and C524 defective. (MEISTER - MTL3 information)
- PSU blown after power failure.
- Tripping.
- PSU pulses and there is popping from the speakers before set trips back to standby.
- +B voltage is 20-80V instead 145V.
- Tripping at switch-on. Popping noise from speakers.
- No synchronisation. No TXT.
- No picture. intermittently. Audio OK .
- No luminance.
- Shuts down (intermittently).
- White balance adjustment.
- Picture comes in after approx 1 min when started up from standby.
- B+ voltage (+140V) missing.
- Trips. after start-up.
- Mains fuse is defective.
- Picture gradually disappears after start-up. Flyback lines, poor picture content.
- Line output transistor fails repeatedly.
- Protection mode activated. in standby.
- Low contrast.
- Flyback lines appears when brightness increased.
- Basic features.
- Excessive brightness. Flyback lines.
- No vertical deflection. on lower half screen.
