  • BU blows randomly.
  • Incorrect picture with scart. Loss of synchronisation.

  • Green picture. E/W fault.

  • Chirping. LED blinks .
  • Vertical out stages IC NS10 (TDA8350Q) get defective after short operating time. (with circuit diagram extract)

  • Only standby, standby LED flashes quickly, STEREO lamp flashes slowly.

  • Bright picture with flyback lines. Sound OK. Program switch over OK. No sound and no program switch over after a while. Switches off after approx 10 secs.

  • Starts up briefly, switches off immediately. RK70 goes warm, if it is started up many times one after another.

  • Poor horizontal synchronisation. Poor vertical synchronisation. after warm-up.
  • Strong chirping sound from line transformer. Functions OK.

  • VK22 (BC337) breaks down after 10 mins. Sound OK, picture disappears.

  • Picture is distorted after replacing the TDA8350Q at the top part of the picture. Flyback lines.
  • Goes to standby after two-three mins then powers down. (picture attached)
  • Dead. No line driver. Plopping noise from speakers.
  • Intermittently page number cannot be typed in TXT mode or appliance cannot be switched back to TXT mode.

  • No function. Only standby LED. End stage IC ( TDA7262) on the Surround print smokes. No diagram is present.
  • Dead. LED is red . (picture attached)

  • No colour in PB (automatic in PAL/SECAM position) via the scart of a cassette recorded in SECAM. (with circuit diagram extract)

  • Small luminous spot for 4 sec at switch off.

  • PSU blown.

  • No drive.
  • Sound distorted in STEREO NICAM L. Appliance switches to mono at random then back to stereo again. Crackling. Intensity of fault depends on RF reception level.

  • Only loud crackling at switch on, no other functions.

  • No vertical synchronisation.

  • Standby LED flashes quickly in Standby, STEREO flickering, starts intermittently after 15 secs, then hum in picture.
  • Bottom of picture is black and top is distorted. Low audio volume.

  • Picture available, all colours are transposed.
  • Blank screen, OSG scrolling and half frame. Sound OK. (part of circuit diagram displayed)
  • Vertical amplitude reduced by 3cm at top of screen with white lines. (extract of circuit diagram attached)
  • Disable child lock.
