11AK10 / NIKKAI [TV (chassis)]

  • Trips.
  • Field shifts up.
  • Power supply transistor blows immediately at switch on.

  • Partial field collapse.
  • Transformer TR801 and fuse F801 fail repeatedly.
  • Only 1" field scan in centre of screen.
  • Low level mono sound, NICAM OK.
  • Slow tripping with HT.

  • Bright coloured raster, one colour.
  • CRT base, auto greyscale.
  • IF jungle.
  • One colour missing.
  • Picture comes in only after 20 mins after start-up and it's dim.
  • Relay trips.

  • Top severely cramped (bottom reasonable).

  • Line pairing at top, linearity pulled out.
  • Synchronisation problems in TXT.

  • Tilted interferences. Lines in picture via tuner and AV, depending on brightness.
  • PSU transistor fails after start-up.
  • Stuck in standby. Standby LED lit .
  • No red.
  • Video, audio I.F.
  • Too much of one colour, drive control makes CRT saturate in that colour.
  • No RC. Volume turned off.
  • Varying heights.
  • Reduced vertical size at bottom.
  • No audio. Pulsing in speaker.

  • Picture pumps when warm or when switch channels.
  • No RC functions.
  • Reduced vertical size at top.
  • Erratic operation. Intermittently switches to standby. Corrupt OSD.
  • Nicam and signal conditioning chips.
  • Lines in picture. in the centre.
  • Bottom cramped (varying lower linearity).
  • First anode supply low.
  • Poor or no sync. If line locks, no frame sync.
  • Horizontal line. at top.
  • No tuning.
  • No colour.
  • BUZ in PSU fails immediately after start-up.
  • Goes back to standby, after approx 5 secs, LED turns green and goes out slowly.
  • Shows time-out clock and will not stop search tuning.
  • Excessive green.
  • Tripping.
  • Standby warm.
  • PSU pulsates.
  • Display show locked. When unlocking, lock can change, when addressing. Not toggling.
  • Dead. Smoking.
  • PSU error.
  • Audio stages.
  • Takes time for picture to come on.
