309111 / OTTOVERSAND [TV]

  • Black screen.

  • Picture and sound cut out after a few mins when the channel no is displayed, returns to normal a little later. Appear not to be any defective solder joints. (picture attached)
  • No picture and no sound. Channel LED lights up. Brightness present when pressing control key. Pattern OK via scart. It sometimes re-starts. No sensitive to shock.
  • When tuning after finding the desired channel, if you press the memory button everything disappears instead of fixing the picture.
  • TXT switch-over is defective. Only TXT characters, or intermittently only TV picture available.

  • R807 blows intermittently every couple of months on the G2 circuit.
  • When TV switched off by ON/OFF switch, starts up again properly. If switched off by standby power supply cuts out. It takes 5 mins before it starts up again.
