- Total absence of picture on the channels resulting in a black screen. Ok via scart.

- Intermittently no blue or red during radio-relay reception.

- No picture. One red LED flashing.

- Picture appears only after 1 minute. Then after approx. 15 seconds switches off again. "A" LED flashes once and "Stereo" LED flashes 3 times.
- Intermittently picture disappears, shutsdown then restarts.
- RC units.

- Switches to protection mode. intermittently. Red LED blinks.
- No raster. Horizontal line.

- TEXT and MENU is just a mass of unsynchronised lines. Picture OK.
- Wavy picture. at top (in PB).
- Main fuse of 5A/250V positioned with the general switch blows.

- Colour flickers and then picture becomes B/W after functioning correctly for 20 minutes in cold conditions.

- Dead (intermittently).
- Red, blue or green tint in picture or blanks. LED blinks constantly.
- No picture, no sound. Remains in standby. A and B LEDs flickler permanently.
- No audio (after a while).

- Frame scan goes missing from bottom of screen and lines on remaining picture then set shuts down to standby with flashing Nicam lights on front of set then switches itself back on again.

- Incorrect video clamping of IC1406

- Shuts down. after a few seconds. LED blinks .
- Fuse 5A and BUZ91 blow.
- Intermittently shuts down to standby then switches itself on again.
- No picture (intermittently). LED blinks .
- When TXT selected, "Teletext not available" appears on screen. OSD and menu shifted to right.
- No power on AC. No power, no sound, flashing LED.

- Dark picture.
- Sound from the left channel is only half as loud as the right channel, if the LF signals are present at the AV2 (SCART) input.
- No colour in a cold environment. Especially likely to occur when receiving a SECAM signal in the cold. (with circuit diagram extract)

- Pictue flickers and synch fails every half second. Ok when selecting in the picture menu the point "resolution" and setting it to normal. Same fault when switching on again.
- No audio (after a while).

- Instruction manual amendment. At first switch-on the language menu appears when pressing the menu button. The language must be selected first.

- Heavy humming on all channels. AV OK.
- Sound from the left channel is only half as loud as the right channel, when LF signals are present at input AV2 (SCART).
- During the reception of poor quality signals (weak signals, crossmodulation, etc.), vertical deflection may stop after covering around 60% of the screen. Vertical protection then activates after which the set goes into the standby mode. (with circuit diagram extract) (599626 tip from OTTOVERSAND)
- How to store standards.
- Sync problem intermittently. Malfunctioning pip synchronization.
- Sync problem with certain input. The AV4 composite video input has a slow afc time constant. All other inputs have fast afc time constants.

- Yellowish picture. Red colour incorrect.
- No sound via loudspeaker, ok via headphones.
- Yellow stripes on screen after an hour.
- E/W fault.

- Intermittent unsynchronised text lines flashing all over picture.
- No sound after some delay (this delay is determined by the condition of the signals and the audio charge). Normal operation after switch off then switches on again until the fault reappears.

- B/W picture after functioning correctly for 20 minutes in cold conditions. Colour starts to flicker and then fault appears.

- Picture content is periodically disrupted by interference lines (every second). Synchronisation remains stabile.
- No audio (after a while).
- Comes on for 2 secs then goes to standby. Front LEDs flashing.

- Incorrect menu. Certain KV-S341 models will display an Equalizer Menu when the Sound Control Key is pressed twice.
- Switches to standby. Cannot be restarted immediately.

- Poor sound in VHF area (only loud buzz). In UHF area stronger interference in sound as channel number increases.
- Audio fault. Crack and noise in the left channel.

- PSU voltages are too low.
- Mains fuse (5A) and BUZ91A defective.
- No functions.

- Constantly high volume. No audio when turning down volume.

- Vertical size varies. intermittently (when cold).
- Regularly switching on and off every 10 secs.
- No start up. Flashing LEDs from cold.
- No text. Picture tearing constantly.

- Chopper transistor Q601 (BUZ91A) goes short circuit even after replacement. (OTTOVERSAND - 599626 information)
- Cyclic picture muting. After replacing the eeprom and setting the data, the picture flashes on and off unless remote or menu operated.

- Volume shifts by itself.
- +B at 154V instead of 135V. No +B adjustment.
- Service information. The built-in diagnosis is based on the i²c bus. On error the set will go to standby twice and stop there.
- Intermittent sound, cuts out when the volume control is turned up.
- No switch-on. Nicam light flashes 13 times.
- Switches to standby. after start-up.

- Switches to protection mode. RGB lights at the edges of screen.

- No E/W correction.
- Audio fails or scratches.
