STV7001 / OTTOVERSAND [TV]

• Usys collapses to 12V, without a load it is 139V, and with a lamp only 2V.
• Dull, poor picture.
• Bent verticals and pulsating width.

• E/W fault.
• PSU is S/C.
• No horizontal deflection.
• No picture. TXT picture is slightly torn. Text and displays are displayed. Picture present during scart.
