PTV7003 / PACIFIC [TV (Standard)]

supplies the following faults for PTV7003 / PACIFIC.
List of fault symptoms:
- Picture size varies with picture content.
- No picture. Audio OK .
- Cycles on/off. after warm-up. Knock sensitive.
- No RC functions.

- Line transformer has flash-over.
- R717 is burnt.
- E/W fault. Excessive horizontal size.
- PSU pulsates. LED blinks orange .
- No picture. Sound OK. LED green.
- Picture edges tear depending on beam current.
- No start-up. LED blinks .
- Wavy picture.
- Stretched picture. E/W fault.
- Dead.
- Switches intermittently on and then switches automatically off.
- Mains chopper transistor fails immediately after switch on.
- No raster.

- No standby, crackle at switch on.

- Vertical fault. Lower third of picture is black, on upper picture edge fine coloured lines.
- PSU defective.
- No start-up. intermittently.

- Dead. Cracking is audible at start-up.
- No functions.
- E/W fault.
