TOP17XA / PEACOCK [17" monitors]

• Shuts down (intermittently).
• Phase position is slightly displaced and noisy. Occasionally picture blanks.
• No start-up.
• Occasionally no high voltage, horizontal twitching, picture pumps (larger-smaller) or occasionally picture is dark.
