1415T / PROLINE [TV]

List of fault symptoms:
  • Can be switched on via RC after being turned off via RC. Restart only via mains switch.

  • Excessive horizontal size.

  • Excessive vertical size.

  • Switches to standby then starts up again randomly. After 1 restart out of 3 the picture is snowy and the message "OFF" appears at the level of the channel number.
  • No picture. after a few seconds. Dark screen.

  • Volume blocked to minimum.
  • Slow to power up. Intermittently remains in standby for one minute.

  • Displays signal 0.

  • Switches to protection mode. after start-up.

  • Intermittently attempts to start up but reverts to standby. Picture out of focus and incorrect scan.

  • No RC functions..'PI' is permanently displayed on the left of screen.

  • Blue line in left side of picture.
  • Front controls are stuck. RC does not work. Volume control bar always displayed and set to minimum.
  • Diode bridge DP01 destroyed. (+ extract of circuit diagram)
  • LED lights up green shortly, then red, blinks twice short, 4 times long, constantly repeating.
  • Exiting the production mode.
  • Horizontal noise stripes white or black in upper and lower part of screen. Black stripe in the middle of screen. Fault appears and disappears when heating
  • Picture flickers with coloured OSD (eg from a VCR). (extract of circuit diagram attached)
  • Power supply whistling. Red LED lights up for a sec then switches off.
  • Relay trips. (picture attached)
  • Menu and programs jump.
  • Switches to standby 5 to 6 secs, then LED green 5 to 6 secs and becomes red again. Sizzling from flyback transformer.
  • No audio.
  • No tuning. (with circuit diagram extract)
  • BURST mode is activated at 240V. Contrast and brightness are weak. (picture attached)
  • Switches to standby (after start-up). (part of circuit diagram displayed)
  • Black screen with 4 to 5 flyback lines at the top of screen after 5 to 10 minutes. (+ extract of circuit diagram)
  • LED flashes red, it changes to green after several secs. and then switches back immediately to standby.
  • Low brightness. Low contrast. (picture attached)
  • Weak audio. Distorted audio.
  • No sound. Volume is at minimum and it is impossible to adjust it via RC.
  • No start-up.
