CEP2576 / SANYO [TV 63 (59) cm picture]

List of fault symptoms:
- No picture. Audio OK .
- No audio. (CEP2576 tips)
- No picture, just snow when tuning selected. No sound
- No E/W correction.

- No start up after being turned off for several hours. It eventually starts up when attempting to switch on several times.

- Switches to standby. Squealing noise.
- R653 continues to fail.
- Reduced vertical size.
- Fast hiccup when connecting TV. LED flashes.
- Stuck in standby.
- No picture.
- No picture, no sound, just snow when tuning selected.
- No vertical sync. In TXT only page no. visible.
- No horizontal or vertical deflection.
- Shuts down (intermittently).
- Vertical folover at bottom and insufficient height. Approx 20cm stripe on centre of screen.
- Very dark and greyish picture.
- No HT or tube heaters.
- No picture. No sound. Rattles.
- Lines in picture. at top.
- Unstable picture. Difficulty in tuning. OK with scart.
- Unable to switch out of standby when cold.
- White streaks.
- Tuning drifts.
- SERVICE mode:
- Attempts to start up, but does not succeed and switches to standby.
- Enter service mode.

- Transistor Q650 (BU508A) is S/C.

- Excessive horizontal size. Pincushion distortion.
- Collapses to a thin bowed horizontal line.
- Corrupted data.

- Flyback lines. at top.
- No function. Standby LED OFF. Pressing Standby, cracking from PTC.
- Excessive brightness. Audio OK .
- Switching FET (BUZ90A) defective.
- Pincushion distortion. 5cm field collapse on each screen edges.
- Blank raster, sound OK. OK if used with Scart input from VCR.
- Vertical collapse.
- Dead.
- Doesn't function even if standby LED lights up. When pressing mains switch, attempts to start up but goes to standby.
- Starts up, functions for a minute and immediately disconnects, remaining in standby.
