- Switches to standby.

- Tuning varies at a fixed rhythm as if AFC does not latch.
- When the TV is switched on it is completely dark, there is no sound and only the display circuit functions.
- No picture, no sound, LED flickers and throbs severely when appliance cold or when programme changed.
- After switching on the TV and changing channels sometimes the channels are present and sometimes they are out of tune.

- Converting pal/secam in the Middle East and Morocco.
- No LED lit.

- Faint pattern of vertical lines about a quarter of an inch apart across the screen and occasional corrupt teletext.
- Power supply collapses.

- No picture. When you switch off the appliance a horizontal line appears for a moment.

- Replaced power regulator which cured fault. After replacing the PCB it went S/C again.

- No scanning, the line transformer is ok, fuse 1601 blows at start up. Even if the transformer is disconnected, the power supply starts up. Voltages are ok.
- EHT does not start up.

- No signals, no display.

- No demagnetization, no voltage, after 2-3 secs fails again.

- Line stage whistles when warm.

- New channels cannot be installed.
- Lines on picture, different brightness between lines and the lines move about.

- Ragged verticals and line output transformer sings.

- No shutdown with RC.
