TT5001 / TANTEC [Sat receiver (analogue)]

supplies the following faults for TT5001 / TANTEC.
List of fault symptoms:
- Dead.
- Tuning to incorrect station. (service info for TANTEC -TT5001)
- Main fuse blown.
- No radio channels or delayed reaction to buttons.
- MAC programmes numbers are not displayed. (TT5001 tip from TANTEC)
- Signal is missing, raster blank but LEDs lit.
- Black screen, no menu. Choosing menu may spark some reaction.

- MAC channels are missing, MAC light is lit, PAL channels ok.
- Bars in picture.
- Picture is missing and when switched to standby the LED does not light up.

- Missing horizontal reception on voltage controlled polarisation.

- Horizontal bar on MAC picture; intermittently divides into 4-5 horizontal bars. PAL OK.
- Not tuning in mac decoded broadcasts. PAL OK.
- No MAC decoder function.
- LNB supply is too low.
- "No access" message on screen in some channels.
- Setting factory default.
- Remote and manual controls are slow to respond.
- Appliance is dead, LEDs lit.
- Vertical polarity is missing.
- Horizontal channels are missing.
- Text goes on unprompted.
