AS1 / TASHIKO [TV]
The EURAS repair tip database for professional technicians and service engineers
supplies the following faults for AS1 / TASHIKO.
List of fault symptoms:
- Dead (B1 rail at zero).
- The appliance does not work, F1001 (2A) fuse o.k. but F301 (0.8A) is blown.
- Extreme bowing at the sides, especially the last three quarters of the scan. (AS1 tips)
- Vertical white line in centre of picture.
- The appliance does not function (whistling noise from chopper transformer, B1-supply voltage is too low).
- Set dead. Fuse 301 - 800mA usually O/C.
- No picture, raster and sound normal.
- Blank raster. Flyback lines.
- Appliance does not function (B1-supply voltage is 0V).
- Dead (low B1 rail, volts on Q304 less than 140V).
- No picture.
- Lines are moving (like a AGC-fault).
- Hum on picture and sound.
- No picture or sound, only whistling noise.
- Loss of colour.
- Line pulling at top half of picture, gets better as appliance warms up.
- Dead.
- Line pulling. Looks like AGC fault.
- The appliance does not function, no output from the power supply.
- No picture, raster and sound ok.
- The appliance does not function (whistling noise from convertor, B1-supply is too low.)
- Dead F1001 (2A) blown.
- When set warms up HT increases from 115V to about 150V.
- The appliance does not function (B1-supply voltage is too low, less than 140V on Q304).
- Appliance does not function (B1-supply is low, voltage on Q304 is lower than 140V).
- Fast rolling, distorted raster.
- Dead, uncontrollable or high B1 rail.
- Severe raster distortion at the sides, also fast vertical rolling. (AS1 tips)
- Blank lit screen. Flyback lines.
- Non function. (service info for TASHIKO -AS1)
- Dead (whistling noise from converter transformer and low B1 rail).
- Dead (whistling noise from converter transformer low B1 rail).
- TDA3650 and 26V supply fail constantly.
- Hum on picture and sound.
- No picture. No sound. Only whistling.
- Blank raster with flyback lines. (AS1 tips)
- The appliance does not function, fuse 301 (800mA) is o/c.
- Dead F1001 (2A ok), F301 (0,8A) blown.
- No sound or picture accompanied by a whistling noise.
- No sound or picture accompanied by a whistling noise.
- No vision, raster and sound normal (low B1 voltages).
- The appliance does not function, B1-supply voltage is 0V.
- Dead-no power supply output.
