VVE921 / TASHIKO [Video recorder]

• Intermittently chews tapes and goes into fault mode. (service info for TASHIKO -VVE921)
• Ruins tapes.
• E-E and record picture are poor or torn.
• Switches to PB and stops immediately after.
• Tape stuck.
• Stops in PB. No reel pulses.
• Channels drop out and reappears.
• Tape is stuck, audio/control head and pinch roller assembly are damaged.
• Poor rewind, the brakes were not coming off in the wind modes, though they did in play.
• In rewind function until the start of the tape, the rewind function sign appears on the display otherwise there is no longer any function.
