BS665 / TELETON [TV (chassis)]

  • Dark display. Loud humming noise and power supply tripping.
  • Intermittent field, field cramping.
  • Focus problems. after warm-up.
  • Dead.
  • No start-up. Standby LED does not light.
  • Horizontal lines on the top of the frame when appliance is warm and with very bright pictures.
  • S/C in line BU508 after approx two weeks. (BS665 TELETON repair tip)
  • No picture. No display.
  • Line output transistor S/C.
  • BU508A blows after 2-3 hrs.
  • Dark screen. Audio OK .
  • Flashover at switch on. Black screen. (service info for TELETON -BS665)
  • Blurred horizontal lines when cold.
  • Slight whistle from HT. No picture or sound. Dark display.
  • Memory failure of all channels.
  • Vertical roll. in TXT.
  • Faulty vertical linearity.
