1764LR / VANDA [17" monitors]
The EURAS repair tip database for professional technicians and service engineers
supplies the following faults for 1764LR / VANDA.
List of fault symptoms:
- Dead.
- No display. Appliance starts. If the picture appears, all geometry values are incorrect.
- No green.
- Code number correction: resistor 3377.

- Horizontal synchronisation setting adjustment.

- No HV.
- No functions.
- Occasionally horizontal centering.

- No vertical synchronisation.
- No picture - intermittent, or no picture at all.
- No blue.
- HV EHT setting adjustment.
- Picture noisy when using applications with low sync. freq.
- Picture out of focus.
- Brightness cannot be adjusted.
- No brightness control.
- Dead after replacing TDA4800/V2- 4822 209 32242.
- Letters wider at both sides than in the middle in Windows 1024x768/75Hz. Ok in DOS.
- B+ supply voltage adjustment. (1764LR tip from VANDA)
- Poor pincushion.
- No display.
- No function, PSU ticks softly.
- No function.
- Dead (7606 and 7608 defective).
- Horizontal sync adjustment.
- Cut-off points adjustment.
- Power supply voltages are too low (180V is only 55V). Appears to be no S/C on the secondary side. (VANDA - 1764LR information)
- Horizontal linearity is poor.
- Diode failure (D6409 (UF5404 or HER305)).
- RGB amplification adjustment.
- HV EHT adjustment.
- Correction. (VANDA - 1764LR information)
